I service both the Hemet and Temecula areas. Both areas, being only 20 minutes apart, have been my stomping grounds since I was a child. I find these areas to be the most beautiful and convenient areas in Southern California.

My Family and I...

I am a very down to earth casual big man(290 pounds and trying to shrink!). I love helping people and I hope it shows when we meet. I have worked construction and hard labor jobs most of my life prior to Real Estate. A series of car accidents in 1994 as a carpet installer tore up my spine and caused me to seek a career. I am most comfortable in therapeutic sneakers (Dr. Scholls), shorts and a golf tee, so please don't take offense at my casual appearence. I am merely trying to deal with this 90 year old body the best I can to be as comfortable as I can so I can pay 100% attention to your needs. I assure you...my talent as your agent is top notch and you will not regret choosing me as your agent.

After Hemet High School I attended the University of Southern California and shortly after married Noelle. We are the happiest couple I had ever met and she is the most perfect wife!! Sometimes I wonder how I got so lucky!!

My Bridesmaid (WIFE)!!

My wife Noelle is a bus driver instructor with the Hemet Unified School District. You have probably passed her driving through Hemet on several occasions.

I attribute my success to honesty and over 13 years of real estate knowledge in the Hemet San Jacinto areas. I won't sell you just anything like most agents are taught. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve their financial goals and putting them into a purchase they truly love and can be proud of. The feeling I get from a successful real estate transaction, makes the long hours and unpredictable schedule worth while!

We have worked hard and spent every waking moment raising our 3 boys, now men! Folks, I have my oldest Chris serving his country with one 15 month tour to Iraq and has made MP Sargent in such short time. He married Jacey in 2006 and has given us our first grand daughter this year, Taylor! My son Andy is the middle guy and has been out and about living his life right after 18 and is currently a waiter at Hemet's Steer & Stein Steak House as he finds his desires in life. My youngest, Joey Jr. has followed his big brother in the Army MP squad and has married Amber, his love in January 2009. They are giving us our second Gran daughter this July 2010. All our hard work has paid off. We have 3 sons that have not asked for a dime since they move out at 18 and we are the proudest of parents!

My most favorite things to do are riding my Harley, wrestling with my kids, camping, fishing, off roading, motorcycles and I really love to golf!!!! "Call me with a tee time and I will do my best to be there". I can't move around like I use to, but promise a fun time!!

I just had a Tattoo of a dear young friend of the family that was like a son to me. He lost his life at 19 and this is my memorial to him...

I had it put over a nasty burn scar. It covers most of it well!
